SideBet.vip ("SideBet", "we", "us") operates a peer-to-peer prediction arena where two users take opposite sides of a real-world event using virtual credits. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it.
Account data. When you register we store your email address, chosen nickname, avatar and profile details you add (such as bio). If you sign in with a crypto wallet, we store your public wallet address and the signature used to verify ownership — never your private keys.
Gameplay data. Bets you create or join, stakes, sides, results, wallet credit movements (ledger entries), referral relationships, clan membership and notification preferences.
Integration data. If you connect Discord or Telegram notifications, we store the webhook URL or chat identifier you provide. If you generate API keys, we store a hashed version of the key — the raw key is shown to you only once.
Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, device information and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
SideBet is a social, competitive product. Your nickname, avatar, bet history, win/loss record, leaderboard placement and clan membership are visible to other users. Do not use a nickname or avatar that reveals information you want to keep private.
Credits (CRD) on SideBet.vip are virtual demo credits with no monetary value. Wallet balances and ledger entries are gameplay records, not financial accounts. Transaction data is retained for integrity and audit purposes even though it has no cash value.
We rely on a small number of providers to operate: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery for authentication messages, and external data sources for sports fixtures and weather observations (used to settle automatic bets). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us. Discord and Telegram receive notifications only if you configure them yourself.
We use essential browser storage only: session tokens that keep you signed in and small preferences (such as dashboard filters). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed or anonymized; bet and ledger records may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of settled games and the referral system.
We apply industry-standard measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials and API keys, row-level access rules in our database, and signed verification for wallet logins. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password and contact us immediately.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Most of this can be done directly in your Account page — profile editing, password change and account deletion are self-service. For anything else, contact us.
SideBet.vip is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
